Merwin and Hulbert Russian Model
Scarce .44 S+W Russian caliber Merwin and Hulbert with marking on left side of frame and in early 1870's production era. Smith and Wesson saw great success with the introduction of the Russian model and M+H sought to tailgate that success. The revolver remains in good condition with a light grey to brown patina finish and is generally good overall. The grips are evenly warn from carry and are almost smooth with minor losses and imperfections. The action works but not perfectly and this revolver shows honest carry and imperfections to be expected from frontier use. Priced most reasonably at $1,400.
