Black powder single action revolver in .45 long Colt caliber with 5 ½ inch barrel, blued and case hardened finish, hard rubber eagle grips, serial #103304. All features verified by factory letter which is included and shipped August 22nd, 1885 to Colt Ally Hibbard, Spencer and Barlett of Chicago, Illinois in 12 gun shipment. This Colt remains in original very good condition with approximately 25% to 50% original thinning blue and light case hardening. The grips fit impeccably and matching condition with minor wear and slight imperfections. All matching serial numbers, good action and very good bore that is still bright. A pleasing early Colt just the way collectors like to find them with lots of finish where protected. Priced fairly at $4,900.
