Purportedly purchased in El Paso Texas and made for Texas horse showman about 30 - 40 years ago. Probably made by a Mexican craftsman who brokered his wears through Texas dealers. Good overall condition showing some minor surface rust and need cleaning. Priced very reasonably at $395.
