Colt Single Action Army .45 Colt Caliber

$2,650.00

This Colt retains a 4 ¾ inch barrel with worn hard rubber grips and made about 1907, serial number 287681. A carved leather holster with silver mounts is included. This single action shows carry and wear to the point that the checkering is almost gone on the left grip and the backstrap was worn down into the metal at the same time indicating carry by a left handed owner or in a saddle holster. By tradition this Colt came up to the Yuma Gun Show out of Mexico decades ago. The metal surfaces are good with traces of blue in the flutes of the cylinder. The markings are legible and fairly good. The action works well and the bore is decent. Post 1898 and must be shipped to an FFL dealer by our FFL dealer Reata Pass Auctions. This Colt has not been lettered and is right out of the bush. Priced fairly at $2,650 with no discount available and the holster is included in this price.
