Pre 1898 Winchester Model 1894 Rifle

$1,295.00

Made in 1895 - 1896 Winchester advertised its new model as the “Klondike Rifle” the 94 arrived at just the right time to head north to Alaska for the gold rush and pioneers bound for the gold fields. This rifle is in .30-30 caliber with 26 inch octagon barrel, full magazine crescent butt. The rifle shows an old re blued finish that was done well by a professional long ago. The markings and edges are still fairly crisp and the wood is good to very good. The action is tight and the bore is fair to good showing normal wear and use. A small percentage of 1894's were made before 1898 and are categorized as antique. Priced most reasonably at $1,295.
